REVEIL: The Circus of Reality and Illusion

REVEIL, an upcoming game that delves into a unique, visually appealing, and mentally challenging story, has been announced to be part of this year's Steam Next Fest and the following Scream Fest. The game is slated for an early release in 2024.

In REVEIL, players are immersed in a meticulously detailed world where reality and illusion blur. The game's setting is an authentically orchestrated environment inspired by the 60s circus, which soon takes on surreal features. Players assume the role of Walter Thompson, a man waking up disoriented and in search of his missing wife and daughter. As players explore their environment and uncover fragments of memories, they are repeatedly faced with riddling tasks and disturbing clues. The further you advance, the darker, more mysterious, and enigmatic the impressions become.

REVEIL offers a deeply psychological experience that will keep players questioning everything. The game includes five playable acts in different, carefully designed environments. It provides a multi-layered narrative with psychedelic, biographical, and disturbing elements. The game also features atmospheric paintings, posters, and writings referring to the circus era of the 60s. The game's immersive visual experience, crafted with Unity, promises to be both beautiful and engaging.

REVEIL is a game that will challenge both your problem-solving skills and your perception of reality. As you dive deeper into the deceptive impressions, memory fragments, and mysterious visions, your only hope is to find answers to your perplexing situation. The only thing that keeps you from giving up is the will to find Martha and Dorie. As the game's tagline suggests: "The feeling of safety is an elusive one. It's not over yet."

REVEIL will be available on Steam in 2024.
