Legends of Castile: A Taste of Spanish Folklore

Torrezno Entertainment has just announced the release of the demo for their highly-anticipated game Legends of Castile. This hand-drawn point-and-click adventure, set in 19th century Castile, Spain, invites players to explore picturesque locations and delve into the realm of folk legends. The game, which is reminiscent of classics like The Curse of Monkey Island and Broken Sword, offers a unique blend of humor, logical puzzles, and captivating storylines.

The Legends of Castile demo allows players to get a taste of the full adventure that's set to launch next year (2024). In this sneak peek, players will uncover what a ‘lil enemy’ or an ‘ojaranco’ is, as they get a feel for the game's setting and some initial puzzles. The demo is available to play on Steam as well as on Itch.io. Torrezno Entertainment is encouraging players to provide valuable feedback via the comments section on Itch.io or on Twitter.

In addition to the demo release, a new trailer for Legends of Castile has been published. This is the game's second trailer, replacing the previous one. The solo developer of the game, Torrezno Entertainment, expresses pride in the new trailer and extends gratitude to Derek Lieu from “the art of making trailers” for his constructive critique on the previous trailer. The trailer can be viewed here:
