Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Sunday 28 July 2013
In this shot from The Rockin’ Dead (2011), Alyssa demonstrates the proper attire to wear and manner in which to enter a portal. I probably would have chosen differently myself, but who am I to judge?
Despite this game seeming to have the hallmarks of something I might like (heavy metal and horror imagery), it fell flat for me. The graphics were nice, but the interface, walking speed, and uninspired puzzles were a drag. There is also a distinct lack of “rockin” in the game soundtrack besides the title screen track.
Who was in the soundtrack? Any famous bands?
you didn’t mention that TRD works with 3D glasses . on any Display.
The perfect outfit for going into strange portals are naturally gogo boots and hotpants.

None that I know of. There is only one “heavy” song in the game and it is an instrumental.

That’s a shame, but typical.

Wait…what now?
I thought the main character from Portal was some AFGNCAAP.

Nope, the main character from Portal 1 and 2 is a woman named Chell, who’s pretty much a female version of Gordon Freeman, never saying a word.
Think about it. If it’s AFGNCAAP what would you see when you are looking through a portal angled at yourself?
But yes, I’m sure they would have made the character AFGNCAAP if they could.
