It’s a tricky question, because the coroner is not always present even if the morgue is (or I forgot), like with The Black Mirror 2 or Still Life 2. However:

I’m not sure, Diego.  Are your referring to a certain composite puzzle from the past?

I can think of only 2 games with recipe puzzles:

Still Life

Yes, I donned my Frankenstock costume for Halloween.  I always thought green was a good color for me.

I’m surprised you didn’t guess that one from the tourney.  I believe the game was from a community playthrough here a year or two ago.
