Snatcher is brilliant. Released for the the Mega-CD/Sega-CD a long time ago the game still holds up great today. Before entering a soon ending cycle of Metal Gear Solid games Hideo Kojima made this epic adventure game. Heavily influenced by sci-fi movies (mainly Blade Runner) the game features all usual Kojima trademarks: epic dramatic storyline, big cutscenes (with a lot of good voice acting for it’s time), nice visuals, outrageous twists, and of course, moments of his brand of humour (featured in the screenshot).
Puzzles are also pretty good and more difficult than usual in this kind of adventure.

I’ve only seen screenshots of the game, I like the graphical style & the story seems interesting. I noticed that a PS version was released in 1996 but I never came across Snatcher when looking for AGs to buy at the time so I guess that it was only released in certain parts of the world for PS?

I think the PS and Saturn versions were only released in Japan.
