Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Sunday 17 May 2015
A screenshot taken from Ether One (2014). I gave it another try yesterday, because the idea is novel and intriguing. You are a “restorer” of memories in a research project. You’re in the mind of a patient suffering from dementia, looking for core memories. Nothing is explained, you just start exploring. You hear voices, like the voice of the female scientist guiding you and watching your every move. You never meet people, at least not in the first part I played. You’re walking around in a world without any sign of life, which feels strange even for an Alzheimer patient.

Sounds like an ordinary day to me.
Everybody wants to be Cary Grant.
Even Me.

Also thinking about giving this one another shot. Btw, the game was released recently on PS4 and is free for PS+ subscribers
