Adventure Game Scene of the Day — Tuesday 6 November 2012
Tex Tuesday, part 6. After Microsoft bought Access Software and put Tex in the freezer, Chris Jones and Aaron Conners made various attempts at reviving the series. One of them was Flash episodes—which never got beyond a short teaser (which the screenshot above is taken from).
Then there was the Tex Murphy Radio Theater: 6 audio episodes recounting the events following Overseer. I can’t remember much about what happened (it’s been over a decade…), but I think it centred around Chelsee’s disappearance. And I remember that it created more new questions than it answered.
I wonder if the new game will begin with the story of the episodes.

Yeah, Tex Tuesday hasn’t been a great success. 
I’ve given up trying to figure out which scenes will generate conversation and which won’t; it seems pretty random.
The more well-known titles will always generate more conversation, imo.
That and the occasional obscure-but-interesting-looking game…
