Latest reviews: Dark Fall, Law & Order

Dark Fall: Lights Out didn't seem to scare up so well at GamersInfo.net:

"...the element of light plays into this game, with shadows obscuring puzzles until you can find a light source. This is actually quite clever until you realize that you're carrying a perfectly good lantern. Of course, these must be magic shadows, because sometimes your lantern works in illuminating your surroundings, and sometimes it does nothing. It was a clever idea that was inconsistently executed. Of course, my experience in wandering to the bathroom at 3 AM tells me that I wouldn't even bother with a lantern in such a situation, and would just blindly flail in the darkness until I hit the proper switch. Apparently, the designers didn't feel that was proper. Of course, given the blind pixel-hunting I had to do just to find where they put the puzzles in the first place, I wouldn't notice the difference anyway."

Law & Order: Justice Is Served came out with a recommendation for 'Fans Only' at Gamezilla:

"This type of adventure game is not for everybody...as it takes time to collect evidence, talk to people, and move locations. The gameplay is inherently slow by design so those of us that have short attention spans should be wary. If you like the TV series however, Law & Order: Justice Is Served offers an entirely new way to enjoy the show. Also, Law and Order: Dead on the Money is included for free, which is always appreciated."
