Can you please name PC adventure games set into Second World War? Apearantly there haven’t many WWII themed adventures. I know:

Undercover: Operation Wintersun (I remember I liked it)
La Croix Pan (i wasn’t impressed)
A Stroke of Fate: Operation Valkyrie (haven’t played yet as I’m waiting 2nd)
A Stroke of Fate: Operation Bunker (not released in English, yet)

I don’t know if you want historically accurate ones or not. Most of these have fantasy elements or are less-than-realistic:

Fate of Atlantis and The Last Crusade
Prisoner of Ice
Kronolog: The Nazi Paradox (alternate universe where Nazis won the war)
Colditz Escape - Free remake of the old amiga game. Mobygames calls it adventure but it looks like it has strategy elements, though I haven’t played it so I don’t know. I want to some day because it looks interesting.
Timequest - not totally WWII because it involves a number of time periods, but WWII plays a fairly big part. Also Fien’s favorite, which has to count for something Smile

I didn’t like Stroke of Fate. It might interest history buffs but for everyone else it wasn’t entertaining at all.

Speak for yourself…i’m no history buff but i liked the atmosphere.and the story was interesting too…for me.

i guess Lost Horizon can be included although it’s not WWII per se.

Thanks!

I liked Lost Horizon a lot.

Btw Oscar - if “nazi prison escape” theme is what caught your eye, I’d suggest to check out 3rd person stealth games The Great Escape and Prisoner of War. Smile
