The main site has no buy link and I can’t find it anywhere for PC.  Any ideas?  Anyone selling?

It’s funny because I was looking for it 2 days ago. Did we read the same article or something?

From what I read it has become freeware but can’t find it still.
I might have saved it on a harddrive but not too sure.

You can buy it at amazon if you’re willing to pay much more than the original price. It might be available at the internet archives, I haven’t checked.

Or you could contact the author, Peter Nepstad. I bought the game shortly after its release and I emailed him when I ran into a technical problem. His email address was .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Of course I don’t know if it’s still valid. If you can’t find him, try asking around the Interactive Fiction forums.

There was a free text-only version before he started selling the version with graphics. Don’t know if it’s still floating around the Web.

Where did you read that? It’s more likely he just stopped selling it. Same thing happened with the illustrated IF game Future Boy.

I didn’t read it. I naturally assumed it I guess because the website doesn’t have a download link and the game can be downloaded from myabandonware and cnet. I didn’t bother because I suspect I have the game somewhere and don’t trust downloads from websites like these.

The word “always” doesn’t apply to my weekly changing avatars. So you were referring to my old avatar, not to last week’s Rose. Here she is.

That doesn’t change the fact that you’re annoying, Origami.
