Do you mean the glow in the dark letters that appear in the basement then you turn the lights off.

Do you mean the glow in the dark letters that appear in the basement then you turn the lights off.
actually you only see the letters when the light is turned ON,guess that what makes this Puzzle kinda tricky; when you inter the basement for the 1st time the light is turned off also you get grabbed into that glass chamber with those colored crystals and they only glow in the dark, eventually that all enough to get you busy for a while…..... until you think of turning the light on, and then you (would) notice the word BOBBY (Blue,Orange,B….,,)
You Can watch from Time 8:14 and bring back a nice Adventuring Puzzle of your memory

I never quite realised how amazing, and beautiful Neverhood truly is. Now I’m considering playing it.
