I seem to be pretty stuck in this game. I have just found Philberts engraved stone and note, then I got stuck, and finally consulted a walkthrough. It tells me that the next step is to go and talk o Jean in the second room of the hallway in the castle, but it just keeps telling me that the door is locked. I looked back over the walkthrough, and it seems like I have done everything that I am supposed to, up to this point. If anyone here has played this game, and can offer some help, then I was appreciate it.

Edit: I have since discovered that I missed a very easy to miss hotspot!
