I wonder if anyone plays the first 9 games and then decides not to get the 10th based on the demo.

I think we can all be pretty sure what kind of game it will be by now…
(a very good one - thanks MDNA!)

Don’t know, but there’s an interview with Carol Reed’s creator on AG’s main page.

Ha, ha, ha…

What’s AG?

Although I frequent this forum, I seldom read anything written at AG.
Then again I seldom read anything written at other adventure games-related places.

It’s not that I don’t like to/can’t read, I just don’t like spoilers and game reviews and developer interviews are full of those.

If someone gets to read that interview and spots the publishing date of Bosch’s Damnation, please be so kind as to tell us all when exactly will BD see the light of the day.

Oh yeah, spoilers in reviews, I HATE them too! Don’t worry, there are no real spoilers in this interview, just the general outline of the story and maybe a few tiny hints to a couple of puzzles and the identity of the murderer. Did you know Carol is gonna get married to that bald-but-bearded tattoo guy? Quite a shock, isn’t it. Apparently they fell in love in Remedy, but tried to keep it from us players. On their wedding day one of the guests is murdered in the cathedral during the ceremony. The developer hints in the interview that the priest did it, but that might be a red herring.

One tiny, tiny spoiler. WARNING! Do NOT read it if your name is Zobraks!

No release date in the interview.

I don’t know whether I should kiss you or kill you, sport.

I wouldn’t dare influence such a life-changing decision, you’re on your own here. But whatever you decide, please allow me to save the game first!

Nice interview with Mikael Nyqvist. Yet for some reason whenever I see his name, I think of Michael Nyqvist instead. Which is odd since I don’t have that with Carol Reed.

LOL, good one! Thumbs Up

Wasn’t it supposed to be here in March?

Glad to see the Bracken Tor virus (boo!) didn’t reach Sweden.

P.S. chum!

Finished it. Loved the beautiful photos, for me the only main reason to play this type of game. Some very interesting locations. My favorite one is the car cemetary with dozens of cars overgrown with plants in the middle of the woods. Where does Carol’s creator find these weird places?

PS: Heard Bigge’s voice for the first time. It doesn’t fit him at all. Not manly enough. Frown

I don’t know about Bosch’s Damnation - still have to play it - but in previous CR games Bigge was voiced by Gareth Williams, so it may well be that you haven’t heard Bigge at all (like the rest of us).

He makes them up.

The world is full of strange places, every city, town or village has them. I know plenty of weird places in my home town. Of course many of my fellow citizens haven’t heard of them, but you have to take some time and stroll around. Mikael Nykvist (obviously) likes to do so.

I’ve played in part way and I’m enjoying seeing the city scenes blanketed in snow. I was shocked, shocked when Carol mentioned that it doesn’t snow all that much in Sweden. How can that be? It’s like saying that Santa isn’t real.

I will just have to readjust my perception of reality.

I haven’t seen Bigge yet.
