This is getting harder and harder. After a lot of thought I have to go with:
1) Grim Fandango
Even though Discworld Noir is a really great game, Grim is just more of an experience. And one of the games that is clearest in my memory after several years.
2) Syberia
I probably had more fun with BS, as it´s more my kind of game. And Kate Walker annoys me a bit 
But gotta award it for being unique. And for automatons. And Oscar.
Grim Fandango had a relatively slow start in the contest, but slaughtering a quality game such as Discworld Noir like this, probably shows its true pace….
