The first quote was from talking to Pia’s dad, and the second one was after Dug got out of the cave.

I love Xanth. Played the game and read all the books. I would love to find my way there some day. 
It would be easier to bend the railings with the crowbar than with my bare hands but that didn’t change the fact that it would be a waste of time.
