How do I do this? I see the <img> function, but how does it work? If I want to add a screenshot that I have taken and saved as a JPEG to a post, how do I do that?

Clicking the <img> button automatically places the [ img ][ /img ] tags, so you just have to put the link in between them.
If your picture isn’t online but on your hard drive (and if it’s smaller than 250KB in size), you can always attach it to the post. The “choose file” button to do this can be found below the smileys under the message field (right above the “submit post” button).
