Don’t mess with Zanthia. Lara Croft’s got nothing on her.

Just when you think you’ve tapped out all the retro point and click adventure games out there you learn about a new one. This looks cool! Would have to track it down.

I’ve said it before, but I just love the Kyrandia series. Very underrated.

Yes, but it’s underrated for good reason - the inconsistency. Different main characters, varying moods to the games with 1 being a serious fantasy game and 3 a zany comedy, and apart from the graphics there wasn’t much to link the games.

I agree! Amazing what they could do with a few pixels.

Other than the fact that they’re all great!  Cool

After all theses years, I’m just realizing that Kyrandia is floating in space over some planet (Earth?). That’s extremely weird (especially since you visit the Centre of the World in HoF).

I don’t think that changing characters was such a big letdown.
Besides, there are some loved games out there who changed main characters too.
And I think changing from Brandon to Zanthia was a great ideea. If Brandon remained as main character in all 3, I probably fell asleep while playing at some point.  Tongue Laughing

So, I do admit the first is sometimes borring and annoying, but I really like the other 2 and they’re worth playing.
HoF is the best, and I also enjoyed the third with Malcom’s side of the story.

And if someone wants to start playing them, start with the second!  Smile

I am baaaaaaaack!
