I guess it would be Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. First time I played it on an Amiga (...and the pains of swapping floppies five hundred times a minute still vividly live in my memory), second time I played it on... Amiga, again (but this time with a hdd, thank God), and a couple of times more on a PC.
