As the events in Nintendo DS’ Last Window: The Secret of Cape West (2010) take place from 18th – 26th December 1980 there is some hint of Christmas cheer in the story. Otherwise it focuses on former detective Kyle Hyde gradually uncovering the secrets of the aging Cape West Apartments & its tenants which connect to a deeper mystery surrounding his father’s death.

That’s some very… interesting architecture. Half a window and the roof split down the middle. I can’t quite figure it out. Or is that part of the mystery?

Each picture is in one of the DS screens vertically. They are not together when played, so it doesn’t look weird.

I’ve edited the screenshot so hopefully it makes more sense!

Great game! Possibly even better than Hotel Dusk: Room 215. Cool

Thanks chrissie. Your screenshot has enticed me to play this, if I can find a cheap used cartridge. I’m looking on ebay and they’re all more expensive than my DS cost me. Why? No wonder people are turned off these devices.
