I am having problem Loading the Game of 7th Guest is it a dos game or a windows game can you guys help me out here.

Pretty sure it's a DOS-based game but can I lay hands on my old copyto check? (that would be a no) If I come across it I'll get back to you.

I tried the guide for The 11th Hour and it worked. Did you follow that guide carefully?

There are several versions of 7th Guest floating around, and my understanding is that some work great on XP and others don't. :(

The one I have worked fine with no tweaking. Just had to use VDM Sound for the audio.

Filmman, we can't really help unless you explain what you've tried and what problem you're having. "It doesn't work" isn't very descriptive. ;)

Will My problem is When I install the Game 7th guest it lock up on me when I install the Game under Windows 95 and I can not Install all the time it lock up on me So can you guys help me out I give you some info and the Cd have no scracthes on it.

When does it lock up? During installation? Or after installation, when you try to play?

Have you tried the disk in a different CD drive or on a different computer?

Did you try putting the installer and/or the game .exe (depending on which one is locking up on you) in compatibility mode?

I lock up during the Installation and I try all the thing to get the Game to work I have that 7th guest game When I was a Kid and now it does not want to work for me it just lock up during the installation Part and I do use the DosBox and it does not want to work So what do I have to do now is there away to get it to work or what.
