Help with runaway!

I am trying to install it in Win2k and it is telling me that it is having an error before it even gets 17% into the install. It suddenly pops up with a window that says:

COMPONENT TRANSER ERROR
Component: Main App
File Group: Resource Group
File: L:\data2.cab
Error: Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check).

OK

I click ok and it just shuts off the installation and that's my only option. HELP!

Seems like a worn out cd issue to me. Try to install on another computer or install using another cdrom/dvdrom drive and if you still face same issue then its cd disk read problem and you need to replace that cd.
