Maybe it's old news, but according to an interview with Ron Gilbert in the August issue of Edge, he has plans for a new "RPG adventure" game. Currently he's trying to figure out some independent means of financing and hopes he'll be able to start working on it within the next year.

Neat.

It'll be nice to see something other than edutainment from him. For the first time since he made Total Annihilation.

I thought he produced TA, not made it.
TA was Chris Taylor's game. :)

Mh, during the Cavedog era, he was working on a similar project: Good&Evil. Has the game ever seen the light of day?

There was like two or three screenshots of the G&E game released back when Cavedog was still in business. I think I remember that Ron said in some interview that the game went down with Cavedog and will never be completed.

It was a very interesting idea for a game, I would've loved to play it.
