Hi,
I've got BS3 today, and wow.. But somewhere I got kind of bored..
Anyway.. I'm on Paris 3 now, playing with Nico and George, and I'm stuck in the Omega power cavern. I can't seem to run away fast enough (I hate the controls...)
Can someone be so kind to provide a savegame after George and Nico has escaped?
jannar85@yahoo.no
Thanks anyway!
Btw, upload if you want, and provide the url here if possible.

Well I haven't got a save, but the way I managed to get away was
As soon as the scene gives you control again after Susarro spots you, hold shift and down to run away, then as soon as you begin to near the left wall, add right to the keys held down, and just keep them held - and hopefully you'll escape. That's assuming you're using a PC keyboard. I can imagine using a gamepad being a bit trickier.

My save games are all from near the end, 'cause I finished Monday night. ;( I'd help you if I could, though! And by the way, I actually had to temporarily toss my game pad and use the keyboard controls for that scene, which made it a lot easier!

WHY DID REVOLUTION INCLUDE THAT ANNOYING SCENE?!

Man, I got stuck a couple of times due to my obviously clumsy fingers - but that one was easy. Even with keyboard controls. Sorry, I can't help you out with a savegame, but I'm SURE you can handle it anyway. Start at the right place, RUN, move a little right, maybe a little left... Come on, I can't believe you can't solve this if even I did!

Aren't the action sequences supposed to get easier and easier if you keep failing at them?
Btw, Jannar, how much hair do you have left after having had to watch that bloody cut-scene over and over and over?
Puh, tell me about it. I must have tried that bit a hundred times. In the end I just got someone else to do it for me, and he did it first time, the bastard (thanks, Dom :))

I think that's where Revolution failed, Nellie.
I've gone bold btw. Thank you, Cecil. Now, buy me at least a tupee...
AGA, can you provide that savegame from Dom?
*** edit ***
Btw, that killing scene is stressing me.. I'm worn out.. Can't stand to see George shot more times!
'Fraid not, Jannar. I deleted the email that had it, and I saved over the savegame... Sorry.

I hope you mean you sent poor Jannar a saved game, patu! :r
As nobody else had the time to help him (except tell the rest of the forum that they allready passed this "easy" part) I had to. :pan:
I hope I sent him the correct one though (had to choose between 32 savefiles). Should not be to hard but when its 03:30 on a Sunday, everything can happen! :z

Hi guys,
I'm also stuck at the same place. For some reason when using the keyboard, to change direction even slightly I stop dead in my tracks then shift direction and keep running. Fails at the chase part every time. :(
Patu or Jannar, would you be so kind as to send the save game to me as well. My email is rob_marshman@hotmail.com.
Any help would be much appreciated as at the moment I'm completely stalled.
cheers.

Is this the part when Petra and Sarros are coming up in the elevator after Geroge took the relic out of the filmy-orb thingy at the end of a long plank-way and George and Nico have to high-tail it back to the elevator? If so, I have a save for that. If you need it, just let me know. :)

Hello!
Please add me to the list of folks who need that saved game - I've struggled far too long with that scene :(
Much obliged! Please e-mail to: melissa -at - bbzzz.com
EDIT:
I found the file I need elsewhere on this forum! For the rest of you, go here:

Hi Jannar85. I read all about the problems with BS3 and I'm in exactly the same situation. I wrote to Patu, but in case he doesn't answer - do you still have that file??? I would VERY much appreciate if you would send it to me! Pleeeze!

My computer begun arguing (again) this January, and I had to change the hard drive. I luckily got a backup of all my most important files, but not the savegames (I think) for Broken Sword 3. So I wonder if anyone would care to send me a savegame from the temple in Congo (the second visit, with the tile puzzle, where Nico has to help George get across the room without getting squashed). I do not want to go through all the dialouge again before completing the game. Just PM me. thanks
