Hint request for BS3 - Congo 2

Hi there... I'm stuck.

Back in Congo, there's this hall with a huge device and several large crystals on pedestals which I can turn and which will probably a beam of energy or something from the huge device.

I got no idea on what to do with the huge device, no idea on how to properly turn the crystals and no idea on what the touchable controlling devices are good for. Could anyone spare a hint?
