You're back :) You can buy Psi cores from the lodge. Then you jump into any trunk and go to Fo-- Culler's I mean My Sanctuary option.

There you are at ford's place. Talk to ford and he will tell you there is a machine at the bottom that can take psi-cores. Face the machine and press the action button.
