Hi all.

I was looking for some advice if thats ok?

Have almost finished Broken Sword II and I am stuck at the bottom of the pyramid. I know what I need to do yet the game wont let me. I have been up the lift and grabbed the ammo. Yet, I cannot no matter how many times I try, pull the torch out of the ground to give to Titipoca to light!!!! Nico just says she sees no use to pulling it from the ground. And she has already spoken to the guards, so will not speak to the again. Is there anything in her inventory she can use to help pull it out of the ground???

Thx a lot Neb; I had a sneaky feeling it was a bug...bah :shifty:

EDIT: ok, I have placed the save file Pyramid in the saves directory, but it does not appear in game for me to load??? Should I overwrite the existing save instead?

Ok, I have placed the save file over my existing one (well, I have moved my existing one just in case). I still cant do anything!!!!! I dont have the ammo, so I know that I need to speak to Titipoca for him to "copy" me re the lift. But now Nico, says she doesn't want to speak to him.

This is frustrating as I want to finish the game and start BS3.... :(

I'm going to move your thread into the tech forum.

I am near the end of BS2 but I don't think I've reached the part you're talking about. I didn't know about this bug, so thanks for the heads up! I hope you can get that save working.

Try clicking around. This may sound strange, but the save could be there, just invisible...take my word for it. Give it a shot.
