View Full Version : Broken Sword 3 install problem help please

I have installed bstsd once and it worked fine. Then i uninstalled it and when i try to install it now it says starting setup but when the bar fills up it just returns to windows. Thats all that happends it wont start the installation. :( please help!

There are traces of the installer in the registry. First, make sure that you have uninstalled BS3 and/or its demo.

Then, if it's still not working, you're going to have to do some registry editing. Be very careful here!

Thx I found it in the registry and deleted it. Now the game installed ok

Hi. My problem is a little diffrent.When im install BS3 and try to run it all i get is a grey screen. Only thing that works after that i a hard reset :(
What can i do?? Please help or i kill my self ;)

That happened to me with the demo. It was probably because my graphics card was too old (Voodoo 3). Buying a new graphics card & PC helped...

I dont thing that this is the problem. I have Gforce4 FX5700. This must be enough to play the game!!!?

Others on this forum have had similar issues with graphics cards that ARE capable of running it, as yours is.
