BS3 Problem

I have a problem with Broken Sword 3.

At the very beginning of the game, when I try to unfast the strap that ties the crate to the bar in the plane, George says it's done, but nothing happens. The crate is still tied firmly, and he can't move it. (as I suppose he should be able to) I'm not sure how should I solve this problem, but if any of you would be so very kind, and sent me a savegame file right after the strap is untied, I'd be extremely grateful. I'm not sure, but... maybe there are two straps, or maybe you're not trying to move it in the right direction...

Although I've uninstalled it I still have some savegames. I don't know which is which, I may have to move that file elsewhere temporarily, reinstall the game, save that specific part you asked, and then send you the file. I'll do that today, unless someone else here beats me to it and sends it to you.
