problems with Aura installation

I keep getting the message "Error reading from file D:Scenes\Puzzle_gun_Lepest_Closed_Yes.wav.Verify that the file exists and that you can access it" What the crapola it that? :frusty: I contacted customer support and it will take 3 buisness day's to get back to me, weha! :pan: Has anyone else had this problem? And if so do you know how I can fix it? Thanks.

It sounds like that file might be corrupt or damaged. Are there any scratches or dust on the CD? You might try wiping the CD off with a soft cloth. Also try navigating to that file on the CD and see if you're able to play it (or even find it!)

Yes it came severly scratched and the store wouldnt return or exchange it. I called the adventure co and I hace to send them my disk and they are going to send me a new one. Thanks
