hope this isn't too off topic, but I've just put up 74 adventure games in 6 themed lots at ebay. Best of all, all the auctions start at a penny. =)

Sorry about the no paypal thing, I am taking credit cards through western union auction payments though. They have a fee for the person sending, rather than receiving the money...., just bid a little less to account for the fee if you're interested. =)

I think I'm gonna keep it as an auction--to make it fair for everyone who's bid already, but, if you end up winning more than one lot I will combine shipping eg I'll ship two-six lots for the price of one! =)

Good move selling Black Dahlia seperately. I don't know why, but for some reason that game is hot on ebay. I saw one go for over a hundred dollars not to long ago.........almost makes me want to part with my copy. :)

Main question remains, though:
Why in the name of all that is good and well have you decided to sell those treasures?

Hehe...well I'm moving in with the SO and though not said explicitly, I get the hint that I need to downsize. I am keeping the ones that are dearest to me though. (Gabriel Knight 1-3, TLJ, Case of the Rose Tattoo, DOTT, Grim Fandango, etc).

Yep--I noticed that too....rare adventure games on ebay are a bit like the stock market! hehe.

I do! The shipping amount may be more though.

My boyfriend and I moved in together in March and we didn't even have this conversation. If he expected me to downsize he might have ended up in the "to go" pile. :P
The fact that you are willing to part with the games is very noble though!

Just an update, the auctions end in a couple of hours (Sunday afternoon)! As of right now, some of the auctions (including the Sierra one) are less than $1 a game!
So, you could get 17 classic sierra games for less than $1 a piece!
