Help me out with a puzzle

Prompted by the MI2 monkeywrench discussion in some other thread I'm gonna run one puzzle by you that I'm thinking about putting into the game... Ok, here it goes. Read the first spoilered bit and if it is a useful hint to you, i.e. if it means anything to you, tell me what it means. If it means absolutely nothing, read the second one and tell if the second one carries any meaning.

Malaga.

Rocky Road.

Uh... I hope this helps me... This will not be the substance of the puzzle, I am just trying to disguise the hint a wee bit. The first one may thoroughly backfire on me, the second one may not be read accurately in Europe.

i know what rockyraod is, and i know malaga is a city, but i've never heard of the malage ice cream so i'm stumped on this one.

Malaga makes me think of the Manilla envelope in MI2, and Rocky Road made me think of Rocky and Bullwinkle. Combined, the first thought to my mind is shampoo.

But those things probably mean nothing to me as I am from a country that has yet to discover electricity.

Rocky Road is either a road that is rocky, or an ice cream with nuts.
