unable to load list

I bought a copy of Evil Under The Sun from the adventure shop, downloaded the dlm.exe, it asks where to save files. I selected a folder, and when it goes to download it says "Unable to load list" then tries to restart again, where the whole process repeats.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I emailed the adventure shop but haven't heard back from them.

Are you using the download manager provided with the confirmation email?

yes, i tell it to save to a folder and start downloading and it says unable to load list
i tried it on two different computers and the same thing happened

Instead of using the downloader, then go to My Account on AdventureShop - log in and download each file from there.

Finally got the email with the download links for all the files, the one you're supposed to get right away when you pay - only took them 5 days to send a simple email but they could charge my credit card instantly. Their downloader still doesn't work, i'm downloading the files separately. And they never responded to my emails. Piss poor customer service. Thought they would be a great way to get games i couldn't find in stores, but i'll never buy from the adventure shop again after this experience.

I am surprised as our customers usually receive the email instantly.
You can access your download links, the downloader and the activation key at any from your panel account. This is accessible from the time you purchase the game.

I fully apologize for the delay in the response.
Could you tell me more about your issue with the downloader.

It is pretty straight forward, drag and drop.
