View Full Version : Double Order and Email Confirmation Missing

Hello,

I accidentally placed a double order for Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper and I did not receive a Confirmation Email for either order. I have tried resending the confirmation email from my account page several times to no avail.

I contacted customer support via email tonight, however I was reading how some users were having trouble getting in touch with support so I am posting my issue here as well in hopes that it will be resolved in a timely manner.

Hello,

You should be able to access the download link and the activation key from your account page on the Adventure Shop.

Support is not available on Sunday. You should receive a confirmation email on Monday, or an answer to your emails.
In the case that you have been debited twice, we will refund one of the transaction.
