Hunt For The Puppeteer Sound Issues

Has anyone else had problems with the dialogue with this game? Can only hear part of the sentences. If You dont use the captions would not understand what the whole sentence was about. Was just wondering if anyone heard of a patch for this problem. Thanks in advance:)

If you're running it in Vista, using XP compabitility mode solves this.
