Hello,

I purchased a copy of Sherlock Holmes Vs. Jack the Ripper Tuesday morning, and despite several attempts and a few emails sent to technical support I still can't get my email confirmation that holds the game's serial number. This morning I received an email from the Adventure Shop tech support stating that another email confirmation had been sent to my account, but I haven't received one. It's really an odd situation since I've received other emails from the Adventure Shop, like my account activation and tech support replies. I just can't seem to get that confirmation receipt. It's not a spam filter issue either since I've already turned it off. Can anyone here give me a hand?

PS: Some tech support in a North American timezone would be really helpful ;)

I need the address that you used to purchase the game.

Hi I have the same problem as above, I dont seem to be able to recieve a serial code for a game I purchased from the adventure shop:frusty: Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hello,

The purchase email is not necessary to start to download the game, and to receive the activation key.
If you log to your account on the adventure shop, you will see all the games you purchased to date, the download links for each game and the ACTIVATION key.

From the main panel, you can also resend to your email address the purcahse email as a back-up.

Please confirm that you find that activation key in your account?
