Hi,
I've recently moved to Brighton, Uk, and I'm wondering the best places to buy adventure games, online or in store. I've found a couple of shops with one or two adventures (Vampyre Story!) but not much apart from that. Coming from Australia, for some reason I expected every shop to overflow with adventure games... So any recommendations would be good, especially any that tend to have good deals.
Thanks!

The 2 places I mainly get games from:
Amazon UK (http://www.amazon.co.uk)
Play (http://www.play.com) (free delivery)
Not that they specialise in Adventure games, but more than often cheaper than the retail price.
If you're thinking of regularly buying from the internet, you should consider joining Qiudco (http://www.quidco.com) where you get money back from purchases. It doesn't apply to Amazon, but it does work with Play and many other sites.

I'd like to know this as well, because I've seen that there's a lot more adventures available on Amazon.com, yet apparently they don't allow postage to the UK from the USA on video games for some reason. Ebay is too erratic at times.

Which sites are best for buying pc adventure/rpg's? Preferably cheaper sites that ship to the UK.

Depending on if you want a physical CD, you can check out The Adventure Shop (http://adventureshop.gamesplanet.com/?affilie=AG) (which is download and you can back up the game files on a CD)
That said, have you checked Amazon UK? I found one page (http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h__5_10?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=still+life+pc&sprefix=still+life).

I've checked Amazon UK, there's a lot of stuff on Amazon.com which isn't listed on the UK site though that I'd like and Ebay isn't a big help for adventure games. Even sites like The Hutt, Play.com and so on don't help much.

I usually buy from InteractCD.com (http://www.interactcd.com)
Plenty of cheap games and they often have the new games faster than anyone else :)
Forgot to mention Gog.com (http://www.gog.com) (Good Old Games) - DRM free - download all kind of genre games - prices at $5.99 and $9.99 and sometimes bundles for $16.98 :D

They're still a US supplier by the looks of things, but their shipping rates are reasonable, thanks for that.

Thanks for all the replies! Downloading games isn't an option at the moment, as I access the internet from the local library. I will have a look around at the those site.
Thanks,
