(Sorry in advance for all these "how was this game?" threads; as the title states, I'm trying to catch up with some of you folks)
So I've been somewhat out of the Adventure gaming loop for a minute now (pretty much since high school) and I want to get up to speed. More particularly, I'm looking to play the biggies that came out in the last 5 or so years.
As I've mentioned in some other threads, I've pretty much played all the "important" games, most of which are in the Sierra On-line and LucasArts repertoire.
In the past couple years, I've purchased my Adventure games very casually. Whenever I had a free couple days, I'd head over to Best Buy and purchase anything that looked particularly interesting from The Adventure Company. Recent (I use the term relatively) games that I've played and enjoyed are: Still Life, Post Mortem, Syberia I & II, Missing.
Looking at some of the games in the Reviews section, the one that's really caught my attention so far has been "Runaway: A Road Adventure." Good?
