I just finished the game which i find better than its priors,
i read a comment on it before i play it thats "the game is pretty easy and short" which turned me off,and when i tried the game i thought that it was almost true but it gets gradually harder after you finished the 1st and 2nd chapters,
yeah not the extend that you would call diffecult but fair enough you d say.
the game doesnt require lots exploring and back tracking it just goes forward
with escapade style and nice logical inventory and dialogue puzzles with only
one (the gravity puzzle) that made me consult a walkthrough and found it really ridiculous!
the game plays in 7 chapters(not five) its a bit longer than ankh1&2.

It was running perfectly on my computer doesnt need a lot
loading for new screens like (So Blonde for example),
and once a new screen was loaded i you can freely return to it with needing to load again.
it has some bugs similar to the ones in jack keane i hope they ll make a patch soon.
if you enjoyed the other parts of the series you ll surely love this one.
in the end i was satisfied,especially that it turned out to be better than what i thought!

Hmm not to hijack this thread so I apologize for the slight intrusion.

I have Ankh 1, currently in the backlog.

But I don't even have Ankh 2... is there some place to get it? Or is it even available in English language?

This game doesn't have an English version right? Not even one that's "hidden" in a multi-language European release or something?

right but i couldnt wait,so i played the spanish release with english voicing and spanish subtitles.
and had to suffer from using the dictionary couple of times through the game to finish it.

I took a real liking to the first Ankh. Sure, the dialog wasn't too funny but it had it's moments and I loved exploring the locations.

However, I was livid to find so many bugs in the English version of Ankh 2. I quite literally had to restart the game from scratch 2-3 times because of problems that wouldn't fix even when reloading past saves. In the end I gave up.

The only way I'd buy the third game is if the dialog and voice acting is significantly improved in the third game. If anything, the voice acting got worse in the 2nd one.

So a version with English voices DOES exist!? Does it also have an option for English subtitles?
