I am playing this game on my Windows XP Computer, HP Pavilion a1540n, AMD dual core processor, Nvidia Geforce 7900 and am having some trouble.
After the intro plays and the game starts, (the part where you can look/move freely in a 3D environment) I get a lot of graphics corruption.
The Polygons that make up my environment have a great deal of difficulty hanging together, (when I look with my mouse, things in the environment pull themselves apart and then regenerate when I stop moving the mouse.)
Also, I keep getting random graphics glitches appearing on the screen when I look with the mouse. Things like a messed up Swedish flag, a distorted cursor showing up magnified all over the place, etc.
To me it looks like I have a problem with V-sync. I had a similar but not so noticeable problem with MYST 5, which was corrected by selecting "wait for v-sync" in the game options, but nothing like that exists in Zelenhgorm as far as I can tell.
I am playing with Win 98 compatibility, and the game automatically sets itself to run with only one processor. clicking two only worsens the problem.
What can I do?
