Belief & Betrayal Won't Start

I just installed B&B which went fine but Directx had an error and wouldn't install, plus when I try to start the game the screen goes black and that's it nothing else happens! :frusty: I tried Run as Administrator but the same thing happened! Anyone know of a patch for Vista32 that would help?

Isn't there a folder on the game disk with DirectX?
If there is, try install it from there.
The game needs those files...

I tried that but it didn't help. I tried another game Undercover: Operation Wintersun and the intro movies won't work only when I press win button on keyboard then I have to left click on the mouse to get the main menu to appear. I'm wondering if its a graphics driver issue?
