Something up with the shop?

Is there something up with the shop, i have tried several times today to place and order only for it not to go passed the payment type page. So is there something wrong? and when will it be back up?

I PM'ed you with my exact problem, but it seem to me that its getting worse, because last time i tried i got a payment refused message even before i had enter in any information for payment, please help me out here its getting rather frustrating and prior this i was enjoying the service the shop provides
