Need help finding a game

okay, this is probably a long shot, but here goes. Probably in the mid 90s there was a game that was all about solving a riddle and catching this guy who was traveling through time, except the time periods were all messed up. I remember the last level was an egyptian pyramid, but one of the rooms was a 1950s kitchen. another level was in the wild west, but a modern car was there. It also had lawn bowling, and an old tin diner. I don't remember much more about the game, except that it was amazingly fun to me back then. If anyone has ANY idea what the game is, or titled, I would be so appreciative.

That sounds a whole lot like Connections. (http://www.mobygames.com/game/win3x/connections) Pretty fun for me too, but surprisingly difficult (yet logical) puzzles.
