I played its demo last night and it seems to be really promising.

Agreed - it's great the developers found a publisher in The Adventure Company; from what I can tell, this game deserves to be promoted.

Graphics look very good and the control system is actually pretty easy.
Let's wait to see the full version first.
And also the plot seems to be exactly what I like. Horror mystery.

Have u played the demo Tom?Yes, I played out the little scenario, but the demo is woefully short. It's a brief, but neat excursion into a title that I'm hoping will fill its potential. The atmosphere is very Poe-ish, which I really like.

Lets hope that The Adventure Company release a brand new version of the demo with the voice acting recorded and implemented before the release date. This game looks like it's shaping up to be extremely cool. :)

(What happened to all those exclusive screenshots Adventure Gamers got when they first previewed the game last year? Hopefully they weren't lost. :))

Yeah, i played demo ages ago, it was good, but the game suffers from standard weaknesses of AG, like pixel hunt, and one-way solvable puzzles. I mean why can't you light a match on a stove? But atmosphere is good, so is graphics, looking forward to this one.

I couldn't agree with you more on the stove-lighter-candle thing VoodooFX.
I found it pretty stupid myself...

The Black Mirror as well as Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon are IMO a great addition to The Adventure Company's lineup - Lets hope they publish Midnight Nowhere as well. :)

(The box art for both games are pretty awesome. :))

I am so eager to get this game in my hands. I haven't seen a release date for Europe so I thought I'd order it from the Adventure Company directly although I was unsure if that was possible at all. Well, they let me choose the game and inform them about my country, address, my credit card details - only to say at the end of the order form that they only ship to North America. :( Thanks, Adventure Company, happy shopping with my credit card details. :(
Anyway, I WANT THE GAME, I WANT THE GAME, I WANT THE GAME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! :\ :frusty:

PS: Anybody heard of a release date in Europe???

guys, the game is great. Such detail went into the background scenes. truley marvelous. Interesting story might i add, the voice acting is a bit poor, but the music and art totally make up for it. Grab it when you can.

Im in chapter one and am already stuck!

The black mirror is one of the very few adventures I eagerly await. Others are samnmax2, runaway2 and (bs3)

Isn't the BLACK MIRROR gold already? It's supposed to be in stores here in the US already. Can anyone confirm this?

I'll drop by the local EBX to check because I WANT THIS GAME!!

I've got an e-mail in to Amazon complaining that my order for Black Mirror, which started shipping on the 16th according to them, is still sitting unshipped as of the end of business on the 21st. On another board I've been in contact with some other people in the same boat. I don't know of anyone who reliably claims to have a US retail copy. The dearth of reviews or impressions seems to confirm this. If it has been delayed, I'd just like to know.

ebgames.com changed black mirror from 'coming soon' to 'new releases' just today. Don't know if this means anything though, but it was constantly bieng pushed back in the coming soon list until now.

Hey Dante, do you know where I can download the demo?. I downloaded it once, and played it, but I forgot where I got it from. Can you tell me where to get it? I'd really appreciate it if you could.

Oh, and one more thing. I just played the demo for Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. It had a level that is not in the full retail version, but it was fun and exciting. I definitely want to buy it!.
