Stuck in the maze in Echo

I'm stuck in the maze in the second cave in "Echo: Secret of the lost cavern".

I've tried to figure it out for myself, then consulted a walkthrough, tried it again a few times, but to no avail - My last torch keeps on going out long before I get to the final room.

Can anybody help me with this frustrating puzzle? The rooms are so alike... A saved game right at the exit of the maze would be much welcomed.

Just look at the stone on the ground from the opposite side.... then match that with your own stone.

Draw the pattern (in your imagination) on the stone you have in your hand and that will be your map...
You can see that you need to start by going to the brown entrance first, trough the entrance marked with a black square and then go through the one marked with a blank square and so on...
