Noticed a couple of posts re. save games vanishing on return to play.
When I first installed 'Sacred Rings', my keyboard 'Escape' key wouldn't respond, so I couldn't get to main menu, save, exit, anything. At least you guys could save!!
EA advised update vid and aud drivers and reinstall after clean boot. Tried both without success, esp. when my puter decided I wasn't an administrator (!) and wouldn't allow a total clean boot.....but that's another battle for another day...
BUT I had been sloppy about turning off anti-virus, firewall etc. before installing, so re-installed after carefully doing a manual turnoff of these.
Ta-Dah! Working fine now.
Seems this game REALLY needs you to follow the instructions about turning off your anti-nasties before installing. Maybe this will fix the disappearing saved games?
