What are some games that you like, but pretty much everyone else hates.


I'll go first...


I liked Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness

I always liked Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace...y'know that third person action/adventure game.

Not only was it the first game to introduce me to relatively realistic light saber action but it was also pretty sweet looking for its time and the games that were exposed to me then :D

Despite what I feel about it, a lot of people seem to be under the opinion that it sucks. I was appalled when I saw that Gamespot gave it a 4.3. :o

But I still like it :)

I also loved CMI's graphics, which is considered a sin in the eyes of some MI1 and 2 purists :rolleyes:

I personally think that of all the MI games, CMI has the best graphics. MI1 and MI2 aren't so bad, but with crude pixeling, the age shows clearly ;) As for MI4, eh, it was okay, but I have to say CMI was brilliant (IMHO). Quite beautifully done. :7

I like Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine, though I haven't played it in ages. And I enjoyed The Phantom Menace for a while as well, but I really dislike it now.

Morrowind is good too.

I really like Morrowind. Shame on the non believers! Also Outcast, which isnt so much that people hate it, more that they dont remember it :D.

Wow. How anyone can enjoy that game anytime around is beyond me. I found absolutely nothing of entertaining value, and just when you think it can only get better, it gets worse...

I have read it, actually. Great review of a sad game. Stupid Invaders has got to be the most stupid(duh), frustrating and pointless game I have ever played. And sadly, I own it. :sad:

now I'm just talking rubbish, but when I got that game for almost free, I enjoyed the 5 minutes I looked at the front of the box, and when I started the game.

I had hoped they could've made it even playable, but it's quite horridly filled with bugs etc.

I really want to play it ever since I read that review Tamara wrote. I wanna see if this game can top the Crystal Key, a DreamCatcher game which is so bad that I won't even let my worst enemy play it. :crazy:

erwin: Stupid Invaders is bad, but if you want to try something totally dismal, the true bottom of the heap, I told ya, ya gotta try Time Machine .. now that will make Crystal Key look like Gabriel Knight. I couldn't even play enough of it to review it, I just bailed out .. that bad.

The Original Blood Omen is one of my favourite games. I also like Spycraft and Daggerfall
