Classic Adventure Game Search - Need Help

When i was a kid, i loved playing games such as Sam and Max Hit the Road. Well there was this one demo i played but i forgot what the name was called. my friend tells me (he was my childhood friend that always came over to use my computer) it was named after a feminine name. i remember the demo involved trying to escape from a hotel by using curtains to climb down a window or something like that. any clue as to what it is?

Heh, I've also only played the demo of that one, and I loved it. I couldn't have been that old at the time either, so it was probably one of my first AG experiences.
