Is that the table in the tavern? And is this your first time in the tavern? If so, you don't need to do anything with those symbols right now, but make note of them for future reference, as you will need to remember them later on when you are somewhere else.

I followed a walkthrough for this and now I m stuck here acording to the walkthrough look close and take a note of etching at that table. That table is in that club on Wharf 13.

Please help me with this and tell me what to do next.

Being as I can't be sure what all you have and haven't done in the game up to this point, I would suggest you take a look at this:
