This game (http://www.adventuregamers.com/gameinfo.php?id=513) hasn't really aged well, both graphically and gameplay-wise. Still, that scene had a very tricky, and very good, puzzle.

Haven't played this particular game but the graphics have a very distinctive look.
These are the same people who brought us "Another World/Out of this World" aren't they? Are a lot of the puzzles reaction based in the same way that was?

The people are the same but the puzzles are (fortunately) different. There are a couple of timed puzzles. One of the timed puzzles you can see in the screenshot. Another one is a Indy-style-dead-trap-with-the-ceiling-coming-down-insert-code-in-keypad timed puzzle ;)
There's also a not to diffucult arcade sequence. The rest of the puzzles are traditional puzzles. Pretty cool but short game. Loved the theme song!
Ow... Something cool I found on Mobygames:
On November 30, 2006, Interplay Entertainment submitted a Form 8-K to the SEC (Security Exchange Commission ) which contains a presentation marked "Confidential" but made public by the SEC that reveals that Interplay is developing a MMO based on its Fallout franchise and has allocated $5 million for pre-production, $40 million for production, and $30 million for launch, production is expected to start in January 2007 and launch is expected to be July 2010.

He just means it's Tuesday, lol.
I loved those old Delphine games like Operation: Stealth and Cruise for a Corpse, but I never played this one. Damn.

I believe the word you're looking for is venerable. 17 years has had some effect on graphic quality. :)
