Most worldwide publishers still need local publishers to distribute a game internationally. But usually "distributor" is referred to only as "publisher", so it gets kind of confusing. :P

In this case, it seems Focus Home is handling the distribution for France. :) Sounds like a good choice.

EDIT: Whoa, hold the fort! Looks like the UK is part of this agreement. Nice!

EDIT: Whoa, hold the fort! Looks like the UK is part of this agreement. Nice!But... but... Focus don't distribute games in the UK! They seem to be using Avalon at the moment :crazy:.

But I probably sold Focus a little short here. It sounds like they've probably agreed to take on the localization responsibilities, too, so they're a little more than just a distributor even in France.

Wow! The artwork/atmosphere is so beautiful in A Vampyre Story. The two new backgrounds look amazing.
